'Veronica Mars' Comic-Con Trailer

Comic-Con News: Warner Bros. has released the extended 4.5-minute trailer for the Kickstarter-funded Veronica Mars movie that was shown on Friday at Comic-Con. The movie became the most widely-funded project in Kickstarter history with more than 91,000 people contributing some $5.7 million as the project surpassed its $2 million goal in just 10 hours

Simpsons/Futurama’ Crossover Planned for 2014

On the heels of announcing a Family Guy/The Simpsons crossover at Comic-Con this past weekend, Matt Groening and Al Jean also revealed that the cast of Futurama will be paying a visit to the dysfunctional Springfield family in 2014.
The jazzed Comic-con audience was thrilled to find out that this crossover episode of The Simpsons will record next month and either air as the Season 25 finale next May or the Season 26 premiere in the fall 2014.

CLAMP Returns New 'xxxHolic,' Plus Omnibi

Kodansha Comics has a new CLAMP series and is launching two new omnibus series.
Kodansha will launch xxxHolic: Rei, the newest manga from CLAMP, late in 2013. The story of Yuko the space-time witch is currently being serialized in Young Magazine, and the first tankoubon has yet to be released in Japan.
