Jason Aaron is teaming up with Marc Silvestri for a run on Incredible Hulk beginning in October. If that's not exciting news, we don't know what is. Aaron has been on fire recently with his work on Wolverine and PunisherMax, and his creator-owned book, Scalped, is one book on our pull list that we seem to consume with reckless abandon each time an issue hits.

And Marc Silvestri on art! That's a big get no matter what title you're talking about, especially considering he hasn't done a whole lot of Marvel stuff lately. We're thrilled to see him take on Incredible Hulk! Check out some of his interior art from the series (pictured here).

About the new Incredible Hulk story:
In the events following Fear Itself, Bruce Banner and Hulk are inexplicably separated, bringing their ongoing inner struggle for supremacy to a head. Jason Aaron promises a Hulk story unlike any you've read before. Sure, we've seen the two separated before, but we're sure that Aaron will knock it out of the park. Don't worry, Hulk will still have plenty of big ol' monsters to punch in the face--new characters will be introduced in this run.

Can it be October already? Pretty please.
