BLUE EXORCIST Pt. 1 & 2, OREIMO Now Available for Pre-Order

At Otakon 2011, Aniplex of America announced DVD release dates for the hotly anticipated Blue Exorcist parts 1 and 2 and the complete collection of Oreimo. The first volume of Blue Exorcist streets October 18, 2011 (SRP $37.48) and will include episodes 1-7, while the second volume lands January 24, 2012 (SRP $37.48) with episodes 8-13. Both sets will feature Japanese audio and English-language subtitles. Additionally, volumes 1 and 2 are slated to include the “Ura-Ex” animation, an “O-sleeve” (slipcover), and a double-sided poster. The second set’s extras will also include a DVD exclusive bonus episode featuring “Kuro.” Oreimo is scheduled to land on October 18, 2011 (SRP $74.99) in a limited edition complete box set with the 12-episode TV series on 2 DVDs and 4 OVA episodes on a bonus disc. The limited edition set will feature Japanese audio and English-language subtitles, as well as the textless opening and ending, 16 “Ending Card” postcards, a 24-page booklet with poduction and character designs, and an original poster. Bandai Entertainment revealed its September 2011 release slate, which includes the debut of the Haruhi Suzumiya Movie: Disappearance of Haruhi on DVD/Blu-ray combo set (also on standalone DVD), next installments of K-ON! (also on Blu-ray) and The Girl Who Leapt Through Space, and new collection for Mobile Suit Gundam 0079. All titles are now available for pre-order at Tomatovision TV
